About us?
The beginning:
Our trajectory as an animation production house and producer of 3D and 2D animation projects dates back 11 years ago, when we decided to found the animation studio, Golem Studio.
We have a work methodology that starts in the process of developing proposals, then materialize each idea, develop a plan of pre-production, production and post production, and finally complete each project with the utmost care.
One of the pillars to achieve our reputation among the animation companies with the best reputation in the industry, is the synchrony and synergy. We are characterized by being a multidisciplinary animation studio, which allows us to explore and exploit each task entrusted to us from a broader and more complete, effective and efficient perspective, for each type of client.
Mission:
To build our own name as one of the Peruvian animation studios with greater prestige and projection within the national animation companies. Our commitment as a 3D, 2D and VFX animation production company is to carry out projects capable of competing with international animation studios.
Vision:
To be recognized as one of the international animation studios with the highest quality standards, capable of competing with world-renowned production companies.

Carlos Rivas
Animation Direction and Project Manager
Since I was a child I was impressed with Jurassic Park, and that's when I knew I wanted to work in an animation studio. As I learned 3D and 2D animation, I discovered each of the processes, until I decided to focus on animation, and I participated in many projects. Currently, as founder of the animation production company, Golem Studio, I am directing projects of all kinds, and at the same time, working on our first feature film made as an animation production company: Dalia and the Red Book.
Lisette Freire
Animation Direction and Project Manager
I started my career in the world of animation in the animation studio with the development of a feature film called: Rodencia y el diente de la Princesa (Rodencia and the Princess's tooth); and since then I haven't stopped. I love to participate in all stages of the projects, whether in 3D and 2D animation, from pre-production, production and post production. In this way, I can continue to contribute and keep learning to conclude each project with the highest possible satisfaction and quality.
Franklin Ventura
Animation Direction and International Business Manager
Involved in the world of 3D and 2D animation since 2005, I have participated in advertising projects, animated feature films and live action. In the animation production company, my main focus is modeling, rigging and animation. Now I work as Producer, Animation Director and Business Manager of the animation company Golem Studio. We love animation done right!
Ricardo Montes
Animation Direction and Project Manager
Focused on 3D and 2D character animation and illustration, I am a partner in the animation production company, Golem Studio, and I am currently working as Animation Director on the film Dalia and the Red Book. Our adopted son of Bandai, does not hesitate to raise his cosmo and awaken the Arayashiki for inspiration when animating.

Head Marketing
Publicist and marketer by vocation, traveler and sportsman by addiction. I believe that every objective can be fully achieved if it is developed from the luminous side of the Force, rationality, with many touches of imagination; understanding what you want to convey. Being a fan of 3D and 2D animation, and working in an animation studio is a great experience for me: arigato.
Alejandro Cáceres
Commercial Producer
Over the years I have acquired knowledge in various areas that have led me to today: being part of the Golem Studio team, leading the commercial side. For me, working in an animation production company is an experience with a lot of adrenaline; from the beginning of the hiring process, to the end of the project, and even more if you started working many years ago as a 3D artist, which is my case. Each stage in a 3D and 2D animation project is like the beginning of an adventure, I no longer participate directly in it, but visualizing the progress makes me feel part of that story.

During these eleven years of trajectory we have won awards as a 3D and 2D animation production company thanks to the hard work of the whole team and our allies. Our animation studio has achieved recognition from both private and public sector.
